Introduction:
The power of the auto-climbing formwork comes from the hydraulic system which includes pump station, hydraulic, cylinder oil pipe. The hydraulic system can control the climbing of the climbing rail and the bracket. As a result, the steel rail and the bracket can inter-climb with the hydraulic system so the whole system will climb up steadily. Cranes are not needed during the construction. It's easy to operate, highly efficient and safe. It can climb both vertically and slantwise, as it is the best choice for the construction of high buildings and bridges. There are mainly four types of auto-climbing formworks: ZPM50, ZPM80, ZPM100 and ZPM125. Their formwork parts can use multiple formwork systems, mainly including timber beam formwork, steel framed plywood formwork and steel formwork.
Characteristic:
1. The formwork system can climb both vertically and slantwise fast.
2. The system can climb integrally or separately. The climbing process is steady, synchronous and safe.
3. The formwork will not dismantle until the construction finished. The field will be saved and the impacting breakage of formworks will be greatly reduced.
4. The system will furnish all-round platforms and additional platform is not needed.
5. The auto-climbing formwork can climb by itself and cleaning work can be done in situ. The use of tower crane will be greatly reduced.

We use heavy load hydraulic auto-climbing formwork ACF125 for core walls, and use hydraulic auto-climbing formwork ZPM100 for columns. The construction rate is 4 days per floor.
